Apply for access
Searching every federal and state opportunity and using our tools is included — so there is nothing to refund. You only pay if you choose a paid GovCon plan.
Monthly plans — cancel anytime
You can cancel a monthly GovCon subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep access until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee and do not provide partial-month refunds.
Annual plans — 14-day refund
Annual GovCon subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within fourteen (14) days of your initial annual purchase, we refund that term in full. After fourteen (14) days the annual term is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the paid term.
Managed-service plans
Managed Business and Managed Enterprise plans, where our writers draft proposals for you, are governed by the refund and cancellation terms in the order or statement of work you sign.
How to cancel or request a refund
Use the billing controls in GovCon, or email info@winacontract.com from the address associated with your account, with:
- The email and company name on the account.
- Which plan you are on (and whether monthly or annual).
- (Optional) A short reason — helpful for us, not required.
We acknowledge requests within one business day and process valid refunds within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. We cannot send refunds by check or to a different card.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost everyone time and bank fees; in almost every case we can refund you faster and more cleanly than your card issuer can. We will not retaliate against good-faith chargebacks, but we reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive ones.
