Refund Policy

This page summarizes the refund policy for the WinAContract Founding Member program. The authoritative statement of this policy is in Section 6 of our Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms control.

Founding Member — full refund before US launch

You may request a full refund of your $999 Founding Member payment, for any reason or no reason, at any time before the US Launch Date. The US Launch Date is defined as the first date on which a paying customer can access the production WinAContract Platform, expected in Q3 2026. We will process verified refunds within 14 calendar days to the original payment method.

After the US launch

From the US Launch Date forward, the $999 payment is non-refundable, having converted into your year-1 Professional tier license credit. Non-use of the Platform, termination, or transfer of the Founding Membership does not entitle you to a refund of the $999. Your lifetime 50%-off rate remains attached to the Founding Membership and is transferable on company sale, rebrand, or restructure.

If we fail to launch

Founding Member payments received before the US Launch Date are held as ringfenced funds, segregated from operating capital, sufficient at all times to refund every Founding Member in full. If we fail to launch the Platform or cease offering it before the US Launch Date, every then-current Founding Member is entitled to a full refund from those ringfenced funds. This is a binding contractual commitment.

How to request a refund

Email info@winacontract.com from the email address associated with your purchase, with:

  • Your Stripe receipt or order ID (begins with cs_ or pi_).
  • The name on the order and the company name.
  • (Optional) A short reason — helpful for us, not required.

We acknowledge refund requests within one business day and process valid refunds within 14 calendar days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; we cannot send refunds by check or to a different card.

Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost everyone time and bank fees; in almost every case we can refund you faster and more cleanly than your card issuer can. We will not retaliate against good-faith chargebacks, but we reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive ones.
