NOTICE OF INTENT - Sole Source HVAC Building Automation Systems – Siemens or Johnson Controls for the Chilled Water Plant Replacement and Utility Upgrades Project at the VA West Haven Campus

Under the authority of RFO 6.301(b)(2)., the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intent to require, on a sole source basis, a brand name requirement for the Siemens or Johnson Controls Inc.
