Done-for-you filingUS-based & US-hostedFixed quote before any work

Registration is step one. Winning is the rest. We get you registered and certified, then you find and respond to the work you now qualify for in the self-serve platform (plans from free — see pricing). Want hands-on help with the bids themselves? That’s our bid & capture consulting.

What we file for you

Each one is done-for-you: we assemble the documents, complete the application, and submit it. Pricing depends on scope — request a quote and we’ll send a fixed price before any work begins.

SAM.gov registration

Every business that wants to win federal work.

Your SAM.gov registration is the front door to federal contracting — and the place most new contractors stall (UEI, CAGE code, NAICS, reps & certs). We do the full registration for you, set up your NAICS and small-business profile correctly the first time, and make sure you are active and findable to buyers.

8(a) Business Development

Socially & economically disadvantaged small-business owners.

The 8(a) program is the SBA’s flagship route to sole-source and set-aside awards — and one of the most paperwork-heavy applications there is. We assemble and file the full package, narrative and supporting evidence included, so your application gives the reviewer no reason to bounce it.

8(a) firms: eligibility & rules

WOSB / EDWOSB

Women-owned (and economically disadvantaged women-owned) small businesses.

WOSB and EDWOSB open up set-asides reserved for women-owned firms in eligible industries. We prepare and submit your certification through the SBA, get your documentation in order, and position your NAICS so the set-asides you qualify for actually reach you.

SDVOSB

Service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.

Service-disabled veteran-owned firms have access to dedicated set-asides and sole-source authority. We handle the SDVOSB certification end-to-end — ownership and control evidence, VA / SBA documentation — so your veteran status is working for your pipeline.

HUBZone

Small businesses in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone.

HUBZone certification carries a hard price-evaluation preference and dedicated set-asides — but the principal-office and employee-residency rules trip a lot of firms up. We check your eligibility honestly first, then assemble and file the application with the maps and residency evidence it needs.

Annual renewals & upkeep

Anyone already registered or certified.

A lapsed SAM.gov registration or a missed certification renewal quietly takes you out of the running for awards. We keep your registration active, your reps & certs current, and your certifications renewed on time — so you never lose eligibility to a calendar slip.

How it works

Three steps from “where do I even start?” to eligible-to-bid.

2

We handle the filing

We gather the documents, complete the application, write the narrative where one is required, and submit it for you. You review and sign off — we deal with the portals, the formatting, and the follow-up.

3

You’re cleared to bid

Frequently asked

Honest, general answers. Specifics depend on your business and the program — we’ll confirm them on your intake call.

How long does SAM.gov registration take?

A new SAM.gov registration is typically active within a few weeks once your documentation is in order, though entity validation can add time. The biggest delays come from incomplete or inconsistent information — which is exactly the part we take off your plate so it goes through cleanly the first time.

How long do certifications take to come through?

It varies by program and by how complete your application is. Set-aside certifications are reviewed by the SBA (or the VA for some veteran programs) and can take from several weeks to a few months. We cannot control the reviewer’s queue, but a clean, well-evidenced application is the single biggest thing you can do to avoid back-and-forth and delay.

Am I eligible for these set-asides?

Each program has its own eligibility rules — ownership and control, size standards, location (HUBZone), and veteran or disadvantage status. We check your eligibility honestly before you spend anything, and we will tell you if a program is not the right fit. For the detailed rules on each program, see the eligibility pages linked from each service above.

Can you do more than one at once?

Yes. Many firms need a SAM.gov registration plus one or more set-aside certifications. Choose "Multiple — not sure" on the form and we will scope the whole set together so nothing is missed and the sequencing makes sense.

What does it cost?

It depends on what you need — a single SAM.gov registration is very different from a full 8(a) package. We scope your specific situation and send a fixed quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises. Request a quote and you will have a clear price to decide on.

Do you guarantee approval?

No one can honestly guarantee a government approval — the decision is the agency’s. What we do is make sure your application is complete, accurate, and well-evidenced so it has the best possible chance and is not rejected for avoidable reasons.
