NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE The 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, intends to award a single source purchase order to Quality Research, Development & Consulting, Inc. (QRDC), Excelsior, MN, to procure the Reusable Energy Absorbing Layer (REAL) and Reusable Universal Skid Board (RUSB) items.
