NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – GROUT COMPOUND – CROSSFIELD PRODUCTS CORP., DEX-O-TEX DIVISION

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to Crossfield Products Corp. on a sole-source basis for the required supplies. The acquisition was conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR Part 13 and the policies and procedures for the acquisition of commercial products under FAR Part 12. This requirement was not set aside for small business due to the sole-source nature of the acquisition.
