(East Africa Time) and to provide answers to vendor’s questions (see attached Q &As on page 2-3) All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between this amendment and the original solicitation, the terms of this amendment shall govern and take precedence.
