The amendment states that all interested offerors will need a NICET 3 onsite during all inspections. This is not normal for our industry. A NICET 3 is an engineering/director level person who would not normally be a technical / on-site level performer. Can you change the wording so that it is either NICET level 2, or maybe adjust it to say the ability to conference or consult a NICET level 3, if needed?
