Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Niobium BH-10 Sheets. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to ATI SPECIALTY ALLOYS & COMPONENTS, LLC under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that ATI SPECIALTY ALLOYS & COMPONENTS, LLC is the sole provider of Niobium BH-10 Sheets NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
