This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for the purchase and construction of a 30 ft. x 60 ft. metal equipment structure located at Conchas Dam, New Mexico.
